The Cartex-DN Mechanical Seals are high-performance cartridge double pump mechanical seals, engineered to deliver reliable sealing solutions for a wide range of industrial pump applications. As a pre-assembled integrated package, this double cartridge seal eliminates the need for on-site length calculations and complex installation steps, significantly reducing potential installation errors and saving valuable maintenance time.
Designed with a double-seal configuration, the Cartex-DN seals effectively contain hazardous, corrosive, or abrasive media, preventing leakage and ensuring compliance with fugitive emissions requirements. The seal features a balanced, stationary structure with dual seal faces, allowing it to operate stably under harsh conditions, including high pressure up to 2.5MPa, a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 220℃, and a maximum linear speed of 15m/s.
Constructed with premium materials, the seal components include 304/316L stainless steel metal parts, silicon carbide or tungsten carbide seal faces, and NBR, EPDM, or FKM auxiliary seals, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life. It can be configured in tandem or face-to-face arrangements to adapt to different pump types and working conditions.
