This Die-Cast Single Cartex Cartridge Mechanical Seal is a fully pre-assembled, balanced single cartridge sealing solution specially engineered for industrial centrifugal pumps. Featuring a sturdy die-cast housing structure, this integrated unit incorporates shaft sleeve, seal faces, multi-spring assembly, gland plate and secondary elastomer seals, pre-set at factory to eliminate manual measurement and assembly errors during on-site installation, greatly cutting down pump maintenance downtime and lowering failure risks.

Rotation-direction independent, this Cartex cartridge seal delivers stable face loading and excellent leak-tight performance under medium pressure and variable temperature conditions. Optional seal face combinations including silicon carbide and carbon graphite are available to handle clean water, light chemicals and general industrial fluids. Auxiliary configurations can be equipped with flush, quench or throttle ring to meet diverse process requirements.
